Schedule Zoom Cloud Meetings Easily with the Zoom Chrome Extension

We really need to be able to select booking pages from Zoom Scheduler when creating/scheduling meetings so that they follow the same naming conventions we have put in place. We also need to be able to use the 'add to email' feature (in zoom scheduler) natively within Gmail like you can with Calendly.

It was good while it lasted, but it seems to have stopped working for me.

Yo, this Zoom extension is fire. I can set up meetings straight from Google Calendar, and it’s super simple. Just one click and boom, meeting’s ready. The interface is mad easy to use. I ain't gotta deal with complicated stuff. Everything just flows. It sends out the meeting link and info like it’s nothing. All my peeps get the invite, and they can join without any drama. For real, if you’re in the game of meetings, this is the plug you want. No stress, just straight business.

Terrible privacy and permissions management. Requires 'keys to the castle' permissions, even if you merely want to auto-add a zoom link to google calendar event. At first shows you options to share less permissions, but if you don't give it access to everything (even unrelated permissions), then calendar zoom link automation doesn't work. You can do better Zoom!

I love the integration between Zoom and Google Calendar. I'm a fan. However, recently there is a glitch. When creating an event in my Google Calendar, the "Make it a Zoom Meeting" button is literally covering the "Save" and "More Options" buttons. I've followed the ChatGPT "fix" recommendations but none fixed it. I even deleted the extension and reinstalled it. Another suggest is to see what Calendar looks like on Edge. The glitch is there when I open the calendar in Edge too. Any suggestions?

Wow. I've only ever used Zoom as an attendee. So when trying to use as a Host, I thought it would be easy. This is NOT user friendly.

This interferes with the native google calendar video conferencing selection. When just this extension is used to add zoom info to a calendar event, a google meet may also be used and the zoom desktop client joins the google meet instead of the zoom!

have a hard time setting up virtual background keeps saying I need green screen and is impossible to do and on chromebook Just crashes uses up my resources on all my machines freezes drops very resource heavy I use Meet whenever I can it just works I thought when I bought a plan It would at least let me do virtual backgrounds before I was paying they limit meetings to 45 minutes and basically announce and shame You for being on free plan Other apps are perfect no problems freezing it even does it on my desktop which has amazing specs its a resource pig trying to get an AI startup going Every meeting or live is an embarrassing fiasco no matter what system I am on I( always hesitate to give anyone a bad review but I am tired of the embarrassing dropping freezing and cant even think about sharing my screen I cringe doing onboarding or discovery calls, my partner won't even let me join our show anymore because his Mac has no problems and Its a podcast training and interview live simulcast across 5 platforms and embarrassing for me my guests and forget getting funded its cost me sales its cost me funding it's just ridiculous and makes me hate it

Keeps logging into an account which is not mine. Googled galore but can't find a solution anywhere. Getting hold of zoom is impossible.

The events seem to be removed from zoom.us a few days after they are created on Google Calendar." This was a review from a year ago and is somehow still an issue. Meetings still don't show up on the zoom website and you still can't add alternative hosts on the extension. It refuses to save entries under alternative hosts and since the meetings don't show up on the website you can't edit them there either.

In post-2020 world, this was very required

Trying to set up a zoom meeting for 07/15/2024 but the calendar is stuck on 07/14/2024 and I can not edit it to change it to the correct date??

I just started a meeting right from the chrome browser with 2 clicks. Nice!

It's been a couple of weeks that it stopped working. I tried to remove and reinstall again but no luck.
